Returns and Refunds

At R&E Designs Laser Etching Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

• To return your product, please mail it to: [Return Address].

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
